Terms of Use

  1. Every user of an AAPS social media site has the right to express their opinions; however, please respect all users; do not intimidate, threaten, or otherwise harass any user.
  2. AAPS Blog users must be at least 13 years of age (http://en.wordpress.com/tos/).
  3. Keep all posts/comments relevant to the pharmaceutical industry or the pharmaceutical sciences.
  4. AAPS is not responsible for the content provided by non-AAPS employees on the AAPS Blog.
  5. Do not imply, or state, directly or indirectly, that the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS) is sponsoring or endorsing any language/information without the consent of AAPS. Also, do not imply, or state, directly or indirectly, that AAPS is hosting or sponsoring any event without the consent of AAPS.
  6. Do not send or post unauthorized commercial communications (e.g., spam) on the AAPS Blog.
  7. Do not use AAPS copyrights or trademarks or any similar marks without permission from AAPS.
  8. The AAPS Blog is designated to exchange knowledge; however, if you have an idea or information that you would like to keep confidential, or do not want others to use, please do not post it. AAPS is not responsible for a users’ misuse or misappropriation of any content or information you post.
  9. Do not upload, post, email, transmit, or make available information that you do not have the right to disclose under any law, nor any information that infringes upon patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other proprietary rights.
  10. AAPS is not liable or responsible for the content or material contained on third party sites or sites that are not under the control of AAPS. Clicking on links in the AAPS Blog is at the risk of the user.
  11. All material published on the AAPS Blog, excluding links, is covered under a Creative Commons “Attribution – NonCommercial – NoDerivs 3.0” license. Do not cite or reuse any material without attributing it to AAPS, do not reuse any material for any commercial purpose, and do not alter any material for reuse.
  12. AAPS reserves the right to remove any content or information posted on the AAPS Blog if it does not comply with these guidelines.
